To better serve the company’s science and technology professionals and to promote the company’s growth and development, the inaugural meeting and first general assembly of the Science and Technology Association of Nanjing Zhengze Technology Co., Ltd. were successfully held on September 14, under the care and guidance of the municipal and district science and technology associations. Representatives from the enterprise‑and‑institutional science and technology association departments of the municipal and district science and technology associations attended by invitation. Wang Xinwen, Chairman of Zhengze Technology, along with more than 40 employee representatives, also attended the event.
At the meeting, the Municipal Science and Technology Association read out the official approval document, and the company’s science and technology association preparatory group presented a report on the preparatory work. The “Articles of Association of the Nanjing Zhengze Technology Co., Ltd. Science and Technology Association” were reviewed and adopted, and the first committee of the company’s science and technology association was elected.
Wang Xinwen delivered a statement on behalf of the company’s Science and Technology Association. Fourth, leverage the company’s strengths to run the Science and Technology Home effectively. , so that the broad community of science and technology professionals can truly feel the organization’s warmth and care, enabling them to maintain stability in their personal lives and peace of mind in their work.
A responsible official from the Enterprise Division of the Municipal Science and Technology Association attended the event to extend congratulations and held a symposium with the newly established corporate science and technology association, discussing topics such as corporate science‑technology work, the “Uphold Ideals, Compete in Contributions” campaign, and collaborative science‑technology initiatives. The official recommended that the organization should go deep into the front lines, listen patiently, and promptly address the concerns of scientific and technological professionals, safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, and build a caring, trustworthy home for them. It was also suggested to make full use of the organizational strengths of the science and technology association to support technological innovation and enterprise development, and to actively assume social responsibility. Looking ahead, it is hoped that Zhengze Company will proactively engage in the “Science and Innovation China – Nanjing Initiative,” aligning its efforts with the smart fire‑protection industry and its own development needs. By leveraging the expert resources of the science and technology association, as well as those of enterprise and institutional associations and the supporting resources of community‑level science and technology associations, the company can organize public‑private‑university‑research collaborations, cross‑sectoral academic exchanges, and technical forums; guide scientific and technological professionals to join academic teams and enhance their professional capabilities; and, internally, undertake targeted research projects, refine production processes, pursue technological breakthroughs, and solicit constructive suggestions for improvement.
