Algorithm Engineer

Job Description:

1. Research, develop, and continuously iterate core computer vision algorithms, including but not limited to: image classification, object detection, instance/semantic segmentation, and multi-object tracking.
2. Use deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) for model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
3. Lead or participate in the engineering implementation of algorithms, including model compression, inference acceleration, cross-platform deployment (cloud/edge), and performance optimization, ensuring stable and efficient production‑level operation.
4. Process and analyze large-scale image/video data, and build and maintain high-quality datasets.
5. Collaborate closely with the product, software, and hardware teams to clarify requirements and integrate algorithmic capabilities into deliverable product features.

 

Job Requirements:

1. Possesses practical experience in deploying projects involving object detection (e.g., YOLO series, Faster R-CNN), image segmentation, and pose estimation.
2. Quantized Deployment (Core Competency): Possesses hands-on experience in deploying and optimizing deep learning algorithms, and is familiar with deployment toolchains such as MNN, TensorRT, OpenVINO, ONNX, and NCNN.
3. Proficient in Python and C++; possesses strong coding practices.
4. Must be familiar with at least one mainstream deep learning framework: PyTorch or TensorFlow;
5. Theoretical Foundation: A solid grounding in deep learning and machine learning, with familiarity of common model architectures and training techniques.
