Job Information:
1. Participate in feasibility studies for product project initiation and contribute to system architecture design;
2. Develop structural design solutions and project plans, conduct research and development on new structures and technologies, and enhance product performance and quality.
3. Responsible for the detailed design of product structures and components, and for resolving related issues throughout the product development process.
4. Responsible for the development, debugging, and analysis of relevant technical specifications of prototype units;
5. Responsible for tolerance analysis and DFMA (Design for Manufacturability and Assembly) reviews;
6. Responsible for reviewing mold samples, managing design changes, and obtaining final approval of parts.
7. Provide technical support for product testing and mass production.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Industrial Control, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
2. 3–5+ years of work experience; candidates with relevant experience in plastic housing structural design for electronic products are preferred.
3. Independently perform mechanical equipment design, including overall structural design, component design, sheet metal design, selection of purchased parts, and preparation of design drawings, among other tasks.
4. Proficient in using a 3D design software;
5. Familiar with injection molding processes and equipment.
