Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for liaising with international clients, gathering and organizing their certification requirements, and communicating and relaying this information internally within the company.
2. Responsible for collecting and translating into Chinese the regulations, standards, and customer‑provided documents related to international certifications, and for conducting internal training sessions.
3. Responsible for translating the company’s management system documents into the required languages, coordinating with overseas customers and certification bodies during factory audits, and implementing post-audit improvement measures.
4. In accordance with international certification requirements, responsible for reviewing and revising the company’s drawings and technical documents, as well as performing language translation.
5. Coordinate with certification bodies and, in accordance with the company’s and customers’ requirements, complete product certification tasks.
Job Requirements:
1. Strong English reading and writing skills, with a certain level of oral communication proficiency; CET-6 score of 425 or above.
2. Graduated with a degree in electrical engineering, possessing a solid foundation in mechanical and electronic equipment, and proficient in using CAD drafting software;
3. Familiar with the basic operational requirements of ISO 9001, CCC, voluntary certification, and IEC‑Ex management systems; possesses strong communication skills and is capable of collaborating with certification bodies during on-site audits.
4. Familiarity with the certification requirements and explosion-proof technical standards for PPE, fire‑fighting equipment, and industrial electronic products in the EU, North America, Russia, and other regions is preferred.
