Job Description:
1. Based on customer requirements and the company’s product roadmap, prepare the product specification document.
2. Based on the product specification, responsible for component selection, schematic design, structural layout discussions, and PCB design.
3. Responsible for preparing technical documentation, including the Bill of Materials (BOM), schematic diagrams, printed circuit board (PCB) layouts, test spreadsheets, and engineering test reports.
4. Responsible for resolving prototype-related issues at each stage of product design, conducting third-party certifications, and addressing any process‑related challenges.
5. Support pilot production, reliability testing, and the first‑batch mass production; collaborate with the manufacturing process team to resolve issues throughout the development cycle until smooth ramp-up to full‑scale production. Assist in addressing defects and anomalies that arise post‑production, and take responsibility for necessary design changes, trial production, and validation activities.
